My daughter 's Grandma left her money from her estate, it's going on 3 yrs. My daughter still hasn't received any funds, office does not give details, except that there working on it (working on what) Never got to speak with Mr. Krupp, only to a Debbie which never returns my calls. I don't get any positive answers makes me wander. When I do call I get ask the same question " What is my name and number" and like I mentioned never a call back. Very unprofessional Law Firm, and the last I did call was rudely hung up on in a the middle of trying to get answers.... Something just does not add up and I feel the office of Robert J. Krupp is not being totally honest. I ask myself, "Were are my daughters funds", that are rightfully hers. Deceiving and feel as being deceived. What's really going on, makes me wander. Again where are my daughters funds???? Please! I advice not to use this firm, they don't even deserve a rating. My option 0

I used Robert for my divorce and what a mistake!!!! His rates are outrageous for the results you get. He wont return phone calls in a timely manner. When I had questions it took weeks/ months to get responses. Worst experience ever if i could give him a -5 I would. Now that my divorce is finally finished i had a couple questions and was looking for direction on who to get ahold of and 6 months later the receptionist told me to look for other representation. Very disappointing and disheartening when i have paid someone so much money and they don’t have the decency to answer a couple questions.

Mr. Krupp was my attorney for my divorce 7 years ago. I reached out with a question based on my decree and he refused to return my calls stating he’s no longer my attorney. He was paid in full for his services and refuses to answer a question about something he wrote up??????? Look elsewhere if you need an attorney.
