In beginning of our connection things started off well with Eric and his services. But as time went by in our agreement his communication and professional services got worse over time. He became very hard to reach at crucial moments of the zoning process and his professional skills in communication, speaking, and real estate zoning planning became apparent it was not on a professional level. The zoning board representative even question why I selected this guy because he seemed very incompetent to her.This guy took my money on retainer and dropped the ball multiple times and then went AWAL when we needed to hit a deadline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER. This guy seems like a crook to me and other people via Google reviews has said the same thing. Looking to speak to LegalMatch about a refund and to remove him from this site.AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wonder if he is an attorney or merely a crook. He will just take your money but won’t do his job. He won’t even show up at court!!! You’ll find yourself alone in court since he will just disappear without informing. He won’t email you back or be in his office.Of course, you won’t get your money back from a cheater. Even if you bring this to court and win, he will send you a bounced check!!!
