★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1David is unprofessional. When I showed up to his office I was seen 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment. After I paid him in full, he ghosted me for over a month and then blamed it on the staffing.A quick email or text to update is not that hard. Or if you are so over worked maybe don’t take new clients.I asked him to make it right when he finally got back to me so he refunded a tiny portion of what I had paid him. If I didn’t advocate for myself I believe he would have never offered that on his own.He then ghosted me again for two more months after apologizing the first time.I would never hire David smith again based on my experience.
July 31 · Sheri WoodDavid helped me out of a situation in a quick pinch for a legal matter that was time sensitive. Worked over the 6 Hours that was originally agreed for and was kind enough not to charge me more then our original agreement. Hopefully I won't need to hire anymore attorney's in the future but if I do I know where to go and who to call.
August 20 · KT NewellDave has handled cases for myself and clients I have referred his way. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend.
August 29 · Eric HenningI called David Smith to schedule a consultation and he asked me to give him a quick summary of my case before scheduling an appointment. It was a great call. He spent 10 minutes with me to give me an orientation on the area of law where my case falls. Even better, he suggested a better approach to solving my problem. What amazed me is that he asked me to call him back to review my correspondence with the company I wanted to sue.Its great that he is willing to give me a little of his time to help me help myself to solve a problem which probably doesn't need legal representation.
November 13 · John AustinDavid was 2 1/2 hours late to our consultation and gave no heads up. Unprofessional.Edit to add:Upon submitting my review, we immediately got a call requesting we take it down. We also received an email. The email states what I did in my review: we had a consultation at 5, we called them at 6, he didn’t call back until 7:30pm. He was very quick to pester us about removing the review, but couldn’t be bothered to send an email or quick call to reschedule our appointment. For context, Erika is my mother, Josh is my husband. You can see he also states that the review needs to be removed to move forward with them. I would not trust this lawyer with your time or expect him to be honest.
